4. Neutralizing & Desmutting: Remove black smut and alkaline residues.
5. Post-Neutralization Rinsing: Prevent cross-contamination brought to the anodizing tank.
6. Sulfuric Acid Anodizing: Grow protective aluminum oxide film under constant temperature & current.
7. Post-Anodizing Rinsing: Eliminate residual sulfuric acid to avoid oxide film damage.
8. Optional Electrolytic Coloring: Achieve stable metallic decorative colors.
9. Pure Water Rinsing: Remove residual dye and acid contaminants.
10. Sealing Treatment: Seal micropores of oxide film to improve corrosion resistance and weatherability.
